A Simple Attachment

Making prim clothes and attachments can be quite straightforward. Anyone with some basic in-world building skills can do this successfully.

Let me start with a simple illustration. I will ‘rez’ a box on the ground in front of me. If you do not know what this means or how to do this, then you really should first follow a basic building class, such as one of the ‘Basic Building’ class by NCI. There are also great tutorials on the web and on UTube (for example this one).

I can attach this box to my nose as follows:
- Right click -> More -> Attach -> Head -> Nose

You can now see me wearing a beautifully crafted wooden box stuck to my face.

Imagine this wooden box to be a pair of sun glasses that you made or maybe new hair. Or a hat! Or even prims with the shape and textures of a coat, a flexible neck tie or perhaps even a flowing evening gown (not stuck to your nose of course, but attached to another body part such as your stomach or pelvis!).

See how easy it is to make prim attachments and prim clothes?
